@SarahCoombesWB The Criminal Justice Act 1988 prohibits the carrying of bladed or pointed articles in public, but due to a religion that is not based on British or English values, there are exemptions for certain groups to carry something which would get anyone else arrested. Bizarre.

Both the Tories and Reform are now saying the kirpan should be banned. This is totally wrong. The kirpan is a key article of the Sikh faith. An entire community cannot be tarred by the horrendous actions of one person.

We can see 46 billion light years in every direction. The universe is 13.8 billion years old. Light has not had enough time to travel that far. Something out there is moving away from us faster than light itself, and physics says that’s allowed. I still don’t fully understand why.
