Yesterday, I questioned the Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips and Home Office officials on the national grooming gangs inquiry.
I focused on three key questions:
1. Why did the Home Office fail to instruct agencies across the country to preserve grooming gang records?
2. Why has the Government already announced Oldham as a key location for the Inquiry - but not Keighley and Bradford?
3. How much funding is being used for the inquiry - and is it is enough?
I will continue to do all I can to demand a specific focus on Keighley and Bradford - and hold the government to account on their promises to victims and survivors across the UK.
