My name is Jhay — Jhaycodes when it’s work. I’m a 300-level Software Engineering student at FUTO, building a career from what I love. But balancing school and making money? Hmmm, its a bit dicey can't lie 🥹 @thegarageng_ #studentworkseries

Kolomoni Business Banking Suite is a digital platform built for SMEs, agents, and merchants who want to take control of their business. It brings together POS payments, banking, business tools, and access to loan in one place so you can see your money, track your transactions, and manage your operations without confusion. Instead of using different apps and scattered systems, Kolomoni gives you one platform to control your cash flow, payments, and growth. It is not just a bank account. It is your business control system. #BankwithKolomoni

Most people think invoicing is just a feature, at @Kolomoni_ng , we see it differently.Invoicing is the difference between, running a hustle… and running a business. Because behind every “invoice” is a real person trying to be taken seriously, trying to grow something meaningful , trying to get paid without stress, this is who we built Kolomoni for: Not just “merchants.” But business owners who: Want structure but feel scattered Want to look professional without extra cost Want customers to take them serious They’re not confused, They’re just operating without the right system. So what happens? they send prices in chats, confirm payments manually, track money in their head or random notes. At first, it works, but as the business grows, things start slipping, missed payments, forgotten records and confusion. Then comes comparison, they see competitors sending: • Clean invoices • Clear breakdowns • Professional documents. Same service, different presentation, different perception. And perception in business? It’s everything. Because customers don’t just pay for value, they pay for confidence in that value. Now let’s talk about the uncomfortable part: Chasing payments, you’ve delivered the work, done your part, but the money hasn’t come in. So you type: “Hi, just a reminder”And suddenly, it feels awkward, It feels like you’re begging, even when you’re not, so you delay it, or even avoid it completely and your cash flow suffers. This is the hidden cost of poor invoicing: . Lost income .Delayed payments .Reduced confidence .Weak business image That’s why at Kolomoni, we didn’t just build “an invoicing feature.” We built a system for: ✔ Clarity ✔ Structure ✔ Confidence With @Kolomoni_ng invoicing, you can: • Send clean, professional invoices in minutes • Clearly show what customers are paying for • Set expectations from the start. No more messy chats, no more confusion, No more “How much did we agree again?” And most importantly, No more awkward payment follow-ups, Because when your process is clear, Your communication becomes confident, And when your communication is confident, Customers respond differently. They take you seriously, They respect your process, They pay with less friction. That’s the real transformation. From, Just managing things somehow , to ‘’Running a structured business” From, Hope they pay” to , Payments are expected” From, I’m not sure how this looks, to, I know I look professional’’. #bankwithkolomoni

If you run a business, this might sound familiar... You want structure, but you’re not sure where to start. You want to look professional, but you don’t want extra expenses. You’re still sending payment details on WhatsApp… and chasing customers for money. And deep down, you just want to be taken seriously. Kolomoni invoicing helps you show up differently. Send clean, professional invoices, track payments with ease, and stay in control of your cash without the awkward follow-ups. This isn’t just invoicing. It’s clarity. It’s confidence. It’s control over your money. #BankWithKolomoni

as a business owner, sometimes you need a bit of packaging to show professionalism and this is why i recommend that business owners send invoices when they want to bill their customers there are many apps you can use as a business owner to create an invoice so you have no excuse when it comes to packaging right i opened a business account with kolomoni and i noticed that you can create an invoice straight from your bank app this is an amazing business solution having to manage your income and payments from one bank app you should get a business account with @Kolomoni_ng today and enjoy this amazing innovation #BankWithKolomoni

Thought project resources were just people & tools until I realised the real issue is how they’re organised. Projects don’t fail from lack of effort they struggle from lack of clarity. RACI changed my perspective: • Responsible • Accountable (only one!) • Consulted • Informed

On Monday I planned my weekly budget perfectly. Transport. Food. Small expenses. By Wednesday, my money was almost gone. 😅 That reminded me of Project Cost Management. In projects we track: PV-Planned Value EV-Earned Value AC-Actual Cost And ask a simple question:

For the money spent so far, what value have we actually created? By Wednesday my numbers looked like this: AC=Most of my money spent EV=Very little value gained PV=My plan completely off track In project terms; Over budget and under-delivering.
