I think a part of why this video got love is just the subject - 90s hip hop, nostalgia, chill, early streetwear - and it NOT being gambling or epstein slop

Progress: - walked home slowly from gym without my AirPods in - stopped listening to stuff while doing chores, only occasionally + intentionally if there’s something I really want to listen to - mostly broken the cycle of impulsively checking phone or Twitter, but still happens occasionally - more present with my toddler Overall I’m surprised how quickly the old habits are getting undone, and I feel a lot more peaceful and “alive”. Would highly recommend!
