@savororaidh Hi, can you help me out on this one, please? I completely get it and would never want to stop a child enjoying a trip. My current difficulty is I have a couple of children who like to 'explore on their own'. Staying safe without a parent helping off site - I'm struggling

@_sallyjo We are sorry to hear this and have made the store aware. If you ask any of the Team they will be happy to assist by bringing items down to you along with any other help you need.

@Homebase_help I can not access the bathroom fittings upstairs in my local store today - Bredbury, because the lift is broken. I have left frustrated and without being able to make my purchases.

@Homebase_help I asked at the Customer desk if there was an alternative lift but was told sorry, the only one is broken. I replied that I was unable to do my shopping & returned my basket before leaving. If this had been offered straight away it might have helped. I have already driven home now

I have this thing that I say to teachers about sticking to your values around pedagogy. If you stand still long enough, about once every ten years the cycle comes round, and people will say that you were doing the right thing all along.
