When people hear the words "illegal money" what comes to their head is yahoo yahoo.

I think the concept of illegal money is now only associated with yahoo yahoo in Nigeria they forget that they are other means like drug trafficking I mean all these drugs sold the proceeds is going somewhere innit, human trafficking, smuggling, oil bunkering, embezzlement all these are illegal money not just Yahoo Yahoo which is the poorest and loudest too

I traveled using the Ibadan/ Osun to Akure road and the checkpoints I counted was not even up to 10 in total but if it was Lagos/Benin expressway ehh you will see up to 30 before you get to your destination. Some are standard while some are not, hence the creation of the body in the first place.
Accountancy graduates already have an edge.

Objectively speaking, she has a point because allowing everyone depicts the accountant there because you passed the exams those not make you an accountant it only made you chartered but charter of what??
That is why I think if you studied a accounting you should be inducted into ICAN immediately after graduation thereby giving you an edge over non finance graduate or better still take a course that is endorsed by ICAN in your final year that will give you an immediate membership into the institution like some other professional bodies do

Can ICAN restrict its exam to only people who is doing finance related courses in university? Tired of zoologist and plant scientist dragging wanting to be a chartered accountant with me. Just imagine me writing the bar exams with people who actually studied law.

I had my last debate rehearsal and planning for our Polio drama presentation began.
Then we spoke and won the debate competition but dem give us 2nd sha.
Went to sleep and they called us into the rain for pageantry only to send us back an hour after, in the cold

Day 10✅ We were punished on the parade ground. SAED Four phones were stolen from a room and all the occupants were told to squat with their boxes above their heads. My platoon won the volleyball competition. We had our dance presentation. Found a lost iPhone 13 at night.
