Shields - Identifying targets through scouting, as well as planning the first team squad. Heavily involved with loans, too. Jewell - Squad identification and scouting, but both Chelsea and Strasbourg. Fallows - Data, scouting and background checks on players, an area which Chelsea are likely to lean heavily on this summer.
