Normally, I do not comment on Supreme Court judgements and only those who have a case can speak. But if a judgement is given against voiceless animals, then one has to raise their voice. The court order is not practical, it is inhuman. Who will decide whether a stray dog is dangerous and it should be administered the death injection? I feel, the court order will open up the gates of atrocities on voiceless stray dogs. Animal activist Menaka Gandhi's suggestion is right. If the State wants to lower the number of stray dogs, there should be a massive sterilization and vaccination drive for such homeless animals. मैं आम तौर पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसलों पर कमेंट नहीं करता, जिसका केस है, वह बोलता है, पर अगर फैसला बेज़ुबान के खिलाफ हो, तो उनकी आवाज तो उठानी पड़ेगी. कोर्ट का आदेश व्यावहारिक नहीं है, अमानवीय है.   कौन सा आवारा कुत्ता आक्रामक है, इसका फैसला कौन करेगा ? इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि कोर्ट का आदेश बेजुबान जानवरों पर जुल्म का रास्ता खोलेगा. एनिमल एक्टिविस्ट मेनका गांधी का विचार ठीक है. अगर आवारा कुत्तों की आबादी को कम करना है तो रास्ता एक ही है. बड़े पैमाने पर नसबंदी की जानी चाहिए. अच्छा तो यह होगा कि कोर्ट इस बारे में सरकारों को युद्धस्तर पर काम करने का आदेश दे. rajatsharma.in/?p=12565

Court का आज का order, practical नहीं है, inhuman है. कल रात जब मैं हैदराबाद से लौटा तो Delhi Airport के terminal पर तीन डॉगी को देखा. गर्मी थी. जब airport का exit gate खुलता था तो वहां से ठंडी हवा आती थी. वहां वो तीनों बड़े आराम से लेटे थे. सैकड़ों लोग वहां से आ जा रहे थे, लेकिन उन्हें कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ा. अब ऐसे dogs को public places से हटाने का क्या मतलब है? कोई उन्हें कल aggressive कहकर मार डालेगा तो इसकी ज़िम्मेदारी कौन लेगा? कौन सा dog aggressive है इसका फैसला कौन करेगा? इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि court का आज का order बेज़ुबान जानवरों पर ज़ुल्म का रास्ता खोलेगा. Maneka Gandhi का idea ठीक है. अगर dogs की आबादी को कम करना है तो रास्ता एक ही है- बड़े पैमाने पर नसबंदी की जानी चाहिए. अच्छा तो होगा कि court इस बारे में सरकारों को युद्धस्तर पर काम करने का आदेश दे. #StrayDogs #SupremeCourt

This is a straightforward question from the podcaster to a General who was supposed to fight two front war, China and Pakistan. His response was quite lackluster rather goes around wild goose chase. What do you fear, Gen Naravane sir? Agnivir was simply a money-saving exercise imposed on the armed forces without proper diligence or thought. NFU is another point in this case. Ultimately, when the General couldn't find an escape route, he blamed the people. Choose the right person as your leader. The key point is: if four-star generals remain silent, what can an ordinary person on the street do? हमाम में सब नंगे है, क्या नेता और क्या जरनल . Last night a retired lady IAS misbehaved with me coz some hungry poor dogs were sitting in front of her house & I gave them food. Her husband is ex Home Secretary of India & they are my neighbours. I swear on God, I didn’t raise my voice a single time, I was not even aware who they were, just respected coz they are senior citizens. That lady could have simply asked me to not give food to the dogs but her behaviour was worse than crazy dogs. This was my very first encounter with her & I don’t understand how you are a CIVIL SERVANT when you don’t even know how to talk. Yes ! I know they have power but once a retired IFS who is also our neighbour was slapped by a young girl from a nearby jaat village as she misbehaved with her.

मेरा नाम अनुराधा तिवारी है । मैं उत्तर प्रदेश के एक छोटे से गाँव के ब्राह्मण परिवार से आती हूँ। बचपन से हमेशा यही सुनने को मिला - “तुम ब्राह्मण हो, तुम्हारे पास तो सब कुछ होगा”, जबकि हमारी वास्तविकता संघर्ष और सीमित संसाधनों से भरी थी। बिना किसी Reservation या govt scholarship के मैंने पढ़ाई की, सरकारी कॉलेज से इंजीनियरिंग की, खुद का startup खड़ा किया और विदेश में काम किया। TEDx speaker रही और कई सम्मान प्राप्त किए। एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक के रूप में मैंने हमेशा उन मुद्दों पर आवाज़ उठाई जो आम लोगों को प्रभावित करते हैं - poor infrastructure, food adulteration, freebies, caste-based politics ब्राह्मणों व सवर्णों के खिलाफ बढ़ती नफरत। मैंने कभी किसी समुदाय के खिलाफ नहीं बोला। लेकिन समस्याओं का समाधान निकालने के बजाय अब मेरे 3-4 साल पुराने tweets खंगाले जा रहे हैं। @NCSC_GoI और Delhi Police द्वारा SC/ST Act के तहत कार्रवाई की कोशिश यह दिखाती है कि हालात कितने गंभीर हो चुके हैं। क्या आज अपने विचार रखना भी अपराध है? क्या आज के भारत में सवर्ण होना ही अपराध बन चुका है?

I have received legal notice from Delhi Police regarding certain posts where they have invoked SC/ST Act. The matter was taken up suo motu by National Commission for Scheduled Castes. I am sure an FIR is coming soon. Long live democracy!

Hearing a sound from the room he insisted on opening it but the wife refused . He called the police and broke the door just to come face to face with the man that his wife has been cheating on him with.

We have seen a video made by a certain Indian national. Claims being made by him are false and fabricated. He had come to the Embassy and we were ready to meet him, but he refused to show his identity/passport. We follow some standard security protocols for visitors to the Embassy. The Embassy remains committed to offering all possible assistance to Indian nationals. We have a regular outreach to all members of the Indian community. @MEAIndia
