𝗝𝗢𝗘 𝗝𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗡 🤝 We can confirm that midfielder Joe Jackson will be leaving the Club in search of a new challenge this summer. Joe spent the last three seasons at Farnham, the most successful spell in the 120-year history of the Club, and has been a key player in every sense of the word. His 144 appearances over that span is the third-most among all players, and he's one of just four players to have made 40+ apps in each of our promotion-winning campaigns. 🆙 @JoeJackson1412 will be remembered as someone who was always willing to do whatever it took to help the team succeed. Whether that was filling in at centre-back, full-back, midfield - when a player went down, Joe was there to fill in and he was as reliable as they come. A true club legend, we'd like to place on record our immense thanks and admiration for everything Joe has done for the Club over the past three seasons, and we wish him all the best with what comes next! 👏 Read more ➡️ ftfconline.com/2026/05/joe-ja…

@Chalmers8818 Been so fortunate to get to know you this season as a manager, coach and someone to talk football with. You produced a team who were a nightmare to play against, playing an exciting style of football and were so tactically adaptable. Congratulations on winning the cup 👊

Well that’s that then….. Was only a couple of seasons ago I was managing my first ever game for the ressies to yesterday my last for the first team. Football management is a rollercoaster of emotions and one u can’t describe until you’re in it. Although it was a couple of weeks ago I was arguing with Holyports wall 😂to yesterday being the first manager in Kidlingtons history to win the Senior cup, I have loved every single minute of my journey in management and it’s been an honour to manage a club I fell in love with as a player. Targets were set and one I’m proud of achieving in my time as kiddy manager. These targets are obviously not achieved alone so these are ones that I share on behalf of my staff as well: 22/23- joined the ressies as manager at step 6 quarter way through the season. Target= Keep them up ✅ 23/24 - Keep the ressies up ✅ -Win the intermediate cup ✅ -Feed players into the first team✅ 24/25 -moved onto the first team at step 4 halfway through the season but targets still met as previous season ✅ 25/26- Appointed first team manager at step 5. -Stabilise and be competitive in the league ✅ -Win a 🏆 ✅ If I start to thank people there’s no doubt I will miss someone so I’ll keep it easier by saying thank u to literally everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting in the footballing world. There’s so many to mention whether that’s players, staff , people affiliated to kiddy and who’s not affiliated to them, u all know who u are. From the bottom of my heart thank u ❤️⚽️ But my biggest thank u above all goes to my partner. She is my rock who’s had to deal with all the highs and lows that football brings but shes been my best supporter ❤️ Who knows what the future brings but for now it’s time to spend valuable time with my family. With that said , anyone selling a minibus for me, Mrs and 4 kids ? 😂

OPEN LETTER – SUNNY TAILOR Firstly, I would like to congratulate both @ashfordtownmx and @WindsorEtonFC on their success this year in a league that has been incredibly competitive, with so many clubs pushing for the ultimate prize. I want to thank current and former players, managers across all leagues, chairmen, and everyone within the non-league community who has reached out to me. Whether through messages, calls, or social media. Your support has meant a great deal. I will respond to each of you individually over the coming days, but I won’t hide that the past few days have been extremely difficult. It’s a pain I can’t quite put into words, and one I wouldn’t wish to experience again. That said, having had time to reflect, I am immensely proud of what myself, my backroom staff, and the players have achieved this season. Considering there are potentially 15 clubs below us with significantly larger budgets, finishing as playoff runners up, When our original goal was simply to keep step 5 survival. It’s something we should all be proud of. I had hoped this season would have been an opportunity for me to show my young children that hard work and dedication leads to success, rather than simply spending money. While I fell just short of my ultimate goal, I remain incredibly grateful that a family club like Broadfields United FC has competed without excessive spending and still achieved so much with reaching 3 finals in a single season. This week will be a challenge as I look to lift my players mentally ahead of our Middlesex Cup final against Uxbridge FC on Thursday. Regardless of the outcome, I couldn’t be prouder of this group, especially given the challenges we’ve faced off the pitch throughout the season. I am aware that other managers have already begun contacting our players within hours of our defeat to Windsor & Eton. I respectfully ask for a little consideration. Please allow us to complete in Thursday’s cup final and Saturday’s presentation evening together, as a team and as a family, before any changes begin. Let us have one final moment together, One last dance. To enjoy what we’ve built and to create lasting memories. Sunny Tailor 🔵🟡

@tomcharles_ Great tweet @tomcharles_ regarding scanning. Your definitely missing one piece of information from your list when scanning. Arguably the most important one in relation the game. Let’s see if you can get it...😉
