Navigating diabetes care simultaneously working in diabetes is hard. Clinic has canceled 4 consecutive appts by just not showing up, cancelled tech funding without notice or a referal elsewhere. Lets just say my own scoring on the DDS would probably make for an interesting read

@JacqThePsych Opening of my 1st blog posted by @beatED (Nov)! "...when so-called experts... routinely furrow their brows and display perplexity, it’s easy to feel dismissed. Being pushed back and forth because nobody knows what to do with you is quite disheartening." Urmm, yeah *face-palm*.

#t1de is completely treatable with the right expertise. Not everyone has that. I wonder if the variability in outcomes across sites is reflective of this wider issue. And further how PPI was incorporated when NHSE were making the decisions about who got what?

Being lonely is better than being used. Genuine friends uplift you rather than bring you down and take you at your best and your worst. The precious ones are the ones to keep. This year I am trying to break the cycle.
