How often do you add someone to your linkedin at a networking event and never talk to them again? I'm tired of it. So I invented something called Commitment Cards. It's like a chequebook for commitments to follow up with a new connection. Last night at @HustleFundVC's awesome VC pitching event, I had an awesome chat with one of the pitchers, a dude name Rida from SednaOS. He said he doesn't use socials, but he seemed like a genuine cool person I'd like to have a longer chat with. So i pulled out my Connection Cards Chequebook, and we made plans to grab a coffee in a few weeks. The most fun part is tearing out the card. SO satisfying.
