color theory doesnt tell you what colors you have to pick, it's explaining why the colors you picked look good together (AMONG OTHER THINGS)

i hate when people go "i dont know color theory i just pick colors that look nice" THAT IS COLOR THEORY!!!! COLOR THEORY ISN'T A SET OF RULES IT'S JUST AN EXPLANATION OF HOW COLORS INTERACT

@_starridge ntsc-rs is wayyyyyy better, this one takes ages to render and doesn’t have as many parameters and real time preview

since allegedly the creator of the one vhs filter site is an ai user, i'd like to recommend people download ntscQT! it's what i use to get VHS effects on my drawings and videos <:]
