Most service businesses focus more on doing great work and less on their client, but here’s the problem with that: Your client can’t tell the difference between good work and great work. But when they like you as a person, they’ll believe your work is great either way.

80% of workers can only follow step by step instructions. They document everything in email so once something goes wrong, they can avoid responsibility by saying "I was just following orders." 20% of workers work autonomously. They make decisions, they give instructions, and take responsibility. AI can only follow instructions, not give instructions, because AI can't take responsibility when something goes wrong. That's why AI will replace 80% of jobs, but it can never replace the 20%.

Some people say it. Others reply with "finally, someone said it." That's the difference between a creator and a spectator.

@Ore_Dear The caption doesn't match the video. It looks more like an apology than a surprise.

You can bring a horse to water, but you can't make them drink it. But if you're charging tens of thousands of dollars, it's your job to make them drink it.

People share content that makes them look good. People save content that is actually useful. To grow, post content people share. To sell, post content people save.

Your "great" work doesn't speak for itself. Most people can't tell the difference between "great" and "good enough."
