Hello! Question lang po. My sister got to secure one VIP SC ticket for me under her account and name but she won't be watching the concert. I would just like to ask po if she can go to the venue with me and just show the ticket and her IDs so I can enter? @SMTicketmaster

@iloveyoongism Hello, when entering the event, the original ticket purchaser will need to present the tickets from their Ticketmaster Account. They can be found under My Account. The entire party must enter together. -EE

If I bought a vip sc ticket for my friend and I have a bleachers ticket for myself, is the different dates okay for the same day? Considering soundcheck would need to enter earlier. Do I just accompany her at the gate/verification and she can go ahead inside? @SMTicketmaster

Bought the wrong Day 2 Ticket 😭 Is it allowed if ibenta yung ticket na to, then yung TM account owner is kasama lang magpresent ng ID sa entrance but not necessarily kasama sa loob since 1 ticket lang to, and Day 1 kami talaga? #BTS_WORLDTOUR_ARIRANG_BULACAN
