@_sweetierain_ The only remaining work to do would be to ensure that absolutely no overlaps of content exists on your own accounts, then post in the forum or message a privileged/active user about your case. A quick look at the URLs associated suggest one account overlaps. Misskey.

@binbowahootw Yes. Initially, it was a name I created to practice in secret. However, tags were created to identify me as the same person, and Danbooru's page started appearing higher in search engine results, which I didn't like.

@_sweetierain_ By "interference with activities under other names", do you mean the inclusion of content under this account, and other accounts you post content to? Both existing under the same tag on danbooru?

@binbowahootw There are countless problems, including interference with activities under other names, being used as training material for AI, requests to stop it being ignored, and many more. I see absolutely no benefit in it.

@_sweetierain_ Out of curiosity, what aspects bother you the most about this? Are there any aspects of it that you find joy in?

@Osela57 If this is being done manually by someone, it feels like a nuisance disguised as goodwill. There are reasons for removing the work. Of course, I understand that complete removal is impossible due to the structure of the internet.

@_sweetierain_ Maybe because people liked and enjoyed your drawings. I think they have noticed that you have deleted some of your old pictures, and maybe they are hurted to not be able to see them anymore, so to prevent this, they upload the pictures in case if you delete them.

@VictorColunda There are also issues with exposure. Because the content deals with adult material, even though the creator operates under a different name, it is grouped together and easily found through Google searches, causing problems.

I understand but you do have to look at this from the archiving perspective. These sites do not bypass paywall content on patreon etc, these sites purely reupload free artworks and link back to the original creator and ALWAYS tag the creator. It is extremely useful especially for when artists randomly lose their accounts etc. If it helps at all I can guarantee these sites do not harm your reach and actually probably improve your reach as people will see your art more often and it will be properly credited unlike if someone on twitter reposts.

I can understand your angle but these sites are also archives. These sites usually take a stance against uploading PAID content such as patreon etc, and you have rights there however reposting your free art onto other sites is something you can't really fight. I know it sounds harsh to say but you need to just accept it at this point.

@LoverOfNeru Acting without the author's consent or outside of their authority should not be justified. The feeling of discomfort outweighs the joy of knowing that I, as an artist, am being recognized.

@_sweetierain_ I understand your feelings but boorus are very important archiving tools for humanity's art and many times I've found and supported artists after seeing their art on an imageboard

@Naradech2 Some people may be helped, but others do not want it. Moreover, actions that disregard the artist's wishes should not be justified.

@VictorColunda I understand that there are advantages to doing so. However, actions taken in disregard of instructions to stop, which have been included not only in their profile but also in their work, should not be justified.

@_sweetierain_ Honestly I get it but so many artists I follow I found through sankaku (before it went to shit) or r34 or exhentai. Most of the time I rarely stumble across an artist on twitter, it's almost always through an external site.

@_sweetierain_ Well... I can understand your frustration, but if you have deleted some of your old works, that's maybe why people have started to upload your stuffs on boorus.

@Dayspreceding I submitted a DMCA request to Danbooru, but I've been told it's unlikely to be approved.

@Express_Rat I wrote that I wanted them to stop, and I'm feeling uncomfortable about it. That doesn't change even if they're directing people to the artist's social media. Are the artist's feelings going to be ignored?

@_sweetierain_ repost sites like danbooru link back to the original artist. it's not realistic to scroll through an artist's twitter.
