Just wondering if other Trusts are cutting Bank pay for critical care and theatres nurses or just mine? Apparently the cut is based upon NHSE pay caps but our senior team won’t share the guidance. Anyone know anything about this? @BACCNUK @WeNurses @theRCN

My professional & academic interests intersect in this study…how on earth did we make decisions during the madness of the COVID-19 waves? Questionnaire based upon findings from focus groups with colleagues…how transferable are these across the wider critical care community?

@_tim_stephens @alisonleary1 I’d still say the same for clinical decisions. I’m sure it got better in later waves but I didn’t go back for them

I love the idea that it was planned. My experience returning to ICU in the first wave was that it was reactive
