@PatrickHawe The Chief surgeon at the time was Sir Henry Swanzy en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Ros… The only image I can find of him is here apollo-magazine.com/mary-swanzy-a-… but it doesn’t look like the same gentleman. Swanzy would have looked much older in 1907.

Dawson Street, Dublin, the Royal Hibernian Hotel on Dawson Street (with Trinity in the distance). The metal bars across the road are for the old tram system. The Royal Hibernian Hotel was knocked to make way for the Hibernian Way shopping "Mall".
