Breaking News: The NCAA Transfer Portal in men’s and women’s basketball will now open for a 15-day window beginning the day after the NCAA championship game, per NCAA release. Head coaching changes will trigger an additional 15-day window, and midyear transfers who enrolled during the fall term will not be eligible to compete at a second school—even if they never played. These changes are effective immediately.
