@suhailio9 @_becca92 I'm going to agree here. I used to be a revenue protection officer in Sheffield. All the kids who failed to pay were repeat offenders. In daylight hours, refusing travel was normal and acceptable. Get on your iPhone and ring mummy for a lift.
