Your $WAGMEME tokens must be held in a private wallet to qualify for the NFT airdrop. Centralized exchanges will not be eligible for the airdrop. After the snapshot, can I qualify for the NFT if I purchase WAGME tokens? No, you must hold $WAGMEME tokens at the time of the snapshot to qualify for the airdrop. Late purchases will not be considered. Sales & Marketplaces How many NFTs will be available? There will be a limited supply of 8,888 NFTs. This ensures exclusivity and high value for the holders. Where can I buy the NFT? The NFT will be available for public sale directly on Magic Eden or OpenSea. There will not be a whitelist, and the sale will be open to everyone once it goes live. Will there be royalties on secondary sales of the NFT? Yes, there will be royalties on secondary sales, with a portion of the proceeds being used for a buyback program to purchase and support the $WAGMEME token in the market. Community & Engagement How can I stay updated on the NFT and upcoming events? Stay updated by joining our official Telegram and Discord groups dedicated to NFT holders. You'll receive all the latest news on upcoming events, NFT drops, and more. Will there be any meetups or exclusive events for NFT holders? This NFT provides entry to WAGMI-hosted events, partner events, and unique activations, offering unparalleled networking opportunities with industry leaders and innovators. Who is behind the NFT? The NFT is produced by the team behind WAGMI events, including The North American Bitcoin Conference (TNABC) and the World Blockchain Forum. With over 13 years of experience hosting industry-defining events, the team is now bringing that expertise into the NFT space. We have collaborated with Proof of Work Studio (POW), co-founded by Charlie Simpson and David Henshaw, former Creative Director and Design Lead at Gala Games. Their leadership helped shape Gala’s Web3 projects, and now, through POW, they continue to push digital boundaries. POW’s impressive track record includes redefining digital identity with VOX, crafting a standout brand, and executing a high-impact out-of-home campaign that drove significant engagement. What makes the NFT valuable? Exclusive access to global events and premium experiences. A membership pass that connects holders to the top blockchain leaders and innovators. NFT Utility & Benefits What kind of events will NFT holders have access to? Holders will receive general admission or VIP access to WAGMI-hosted events, partner events, and other top-tier industry gatherings. These events include some of the most prestigious blockchain and Web3 conferences worldwide. What is the difference between the VIP NFT and the Standard NFT? Standard NFT: Grants general admission to all WAGME and partner events. VIP NFT: Includes all the benefits of the Standard NFT, plus exclusive VIP perks such as access to speaker lounges, VIP dinners, after-parties, and other exclusive experiences. How many $WAGMEME tokens do I need to receive an NFT? Holders of at least 1 million $WAGMEME tokens will receive a Standard NFT. Holders of at least 5 million $WAGMEME tokens will receive a VIP NFT with premium perks and experiences. Will there be additional perks for NFT holders in the future? Yes! NFT holders will also receive exclusive content, and we’re actively working on merchandise and collaboration opportunities. However, no staking rewards or additional benefits exist beyond event access. Can NFT holders bring a guest to events? No. NFT holders cannot bring guests. Additional NFTs or separate event tickets must be purchased for non-NFT holders to attend events. Will there be other benefits or tiers beyond the VIP and Standard NFTs? No, there will only be two tiers: Standard and VIP. No additional tiers are planned at this time. Token & Snapshot Questions How do I qualify for the NFT airdrop? To qualify, you must hold at least 1 million $WAGMEME tokens (for a Standard NFT) or 5 million $WAGMEME tokens (for a VIP NFT) in a private wallet at the time of the snapshot. You will not qualify if you purchase WAGME tokens after the snapshot. When will the snapshot take place? We will be taking a snapshot of all $WAGMEME holders at 12:00PM CET on February 12th. What happens if I move my tokens to an exchange after the snapshot? You should keep your $WAGMEME tokens in a private wallet. You will not qualify for the airdrop if tokens are moved to an exchange after the snapshot. Always remember: "Not your keys, not your coins."
