I inadvertently opened my notes from 3-4 years ago when I was the worst I’d ever been mentally, and it really put into perspective how much things can change in the span of a few years. If I could go back and hug that version of me I would. Life is beautiful 🩵

Every day it’s hard to find the will to keep going, but I do. 2 years ago I learned how valuable my life is, and while I still don’t know my purpose in this world, I have so much gratitude for every second I’m still breathing. So much changes in a year. I’m glad I kept going.
