Belajar qanaah. Bila hati cukup dengan apa yang ada, hidup jadi ringan, tenang dan bahagia. Rezeki, kerja, hubungan semuanya terasa cukup. Kebahagiaan bukan pada banyaknya yang dimiliki, tapi pada rasa cukup dan syukur.

Salah satu skill penting yang harus dimiliki di zaman ini: mindfulness. Tidak menyesali masa lalu dan tidak terlalu pusing memikirkan masa depan. Hanya fokus untuk hadir sepenuhnya di saat ini, sadar dimana kita berada dan apa yang bisa kita lakukan.

Doa untuk hilangkan stres dan rasa sedih. Allahumma inni a’uuzubika minal hammi wal hazan. Wa a’udzubika minal ajzi wal kasali, wa a’udzubika minal jubni wal bukhli, wa a’udzubika min ghalabatid daini wa qahrir rijaal.

Peluk jauh untuk mereka yang sedang in a phase of trying to make peace with all the disappointment, without having to blame anyone for the pain they’re feeling. Itu memang salah satu tahap paling berat dalam life, but trust me and believe, you will get through this.
