Killer quiche made with beautifully thin pastry and filled with rich Wigmore cheese and minerally nettles - a lovely first introduction to Alex Vines' cooking at Sibling on Friday night. A rhubarb & almond custard slice and carrots with buttermilk & seeds were lovely too #Cardiff

Insanely good food last night from @a1exvines at his pop-up in Sibling Cardiff. Really excited to see what he does next after his return from London. Amazing ingredients, cooked beautifully, with a VERY simple kitchen setup. Bravo. One to watch @gourmetgorro @cleanplateblog
