Or if they have to exit a train that gets stuck in the tunnel. Or if they get pushed. Or if they have a malfunction or seizure. Or there is a fire and they can’t get out and have to go down the tunnel…obviously Metrolinx knew it was an issue…they built a ramp…just not wide enough to be useful.

I wonder what the plan is to get folks with mobility issues out of this pit when they fall in? Even evacuating the tunnel with a mobility device seems impossible…way to narrow for a chair, and likely too high to get an electric chair out by lifting….

@roman_yuneman =>смысл подумать об обязательном страховании риска утраты права титула для подобных сделок. А ещё я бы вообще все сделки по купле-продажи недвижимости сделал нотариальными, уменьшив нотариальную комиссию раза в 2, включив в неё стоимость подготовки договора

По поводу бабушек, которые продают квартиры, а потом говорят, что находились под влиянием мошенников, и суд становится на их сторону — а деньги бабушки не возвращают, потому что их у бабушек нет. Немного конспирологии: я думаю, что эти истории могут подсвечивать пиарщики от застройщиков. Не в том смысле, что таких историй в реальности нет — верю, что они есть и раньше тоже были, но раскручивать ведь их стали только сейчас. Рынок первичного жилья просел. Ипотека дорогая, первичка дорогая — и вот есть понятная вторичка. Безопасная тем более, не лопнет закройщик. А тут вы посмотрите, как оно бывает. Может, всё-таки вернуться к первичке? Наверное, расчёт у застройщиков может быть на примерно такую логику у обеспокоенных людей, собирающихся брать квартиру. Но это всё конспирология :) А как быть с такими случаями в судах — вообще непонятно, причём, видимо, даже экспертам по гражданскому праву.

@thatkalebitch @caitiedelaney It is *precisely* because of deaf people that subs have to be condensed... When it comes to reading, people's brains can only process a certain amount of words per second. Meaning, full subtitles would, literally, not be accessible for deaf people.
