It's funny, somehow you all suddenly have selective amnesia. Israel's children were attacked first on a day called Oct 7. Remember? They fought back. You don't get to kill other people's children and later say yours is out of bound. Evil beget evil.
No child should have to live through the terror, but you started it first.

Colonial Bases, Local Blood
As Melanie Steliou highlights, British citizens can flee Akrotiri, but the Cypriots around the base are left to bear the danger. RAF Akrotiri is not a “sovereign territory” for locals, it’s an imperial launchpad for US and Israeli strikes. Decades of warnings ignored, lives sacrificed for foreign agendas, while governments shrug and call it “protection.”

The attacks on Iran by Israel and the United States are illegal, unprovoked and unjustifiable.
Peace and diplomacy was possible. Instead, Israel and the United States chose war.
This is the behaviour of rogue states — and they have jeopardised the safety of humankind around the world with this catastrophic act of aggression.
Our government must condemn this flagrant breach of international law, and urgently pursue a foreign policy based on justice, sovereignty and peace.

The world's two rogue states, Israel and the USA, have started a war not against Iran but against the whole world. We stand with Iranians, with Humanity, against the notion that Israel and the US can bomb anyone their fancy takes them to bomb. aljazeera.com/news/liveblog/…

“We have repeatedly asked for prominent individuals to be mindful about the words they use given how Jewish people have had to endure attacks across the globe.
Pep Guardiola is a football manager. Whilst his humanitarian reflections may be well-intentioned, he should focus on football. Manchester City is being let down by him repeatedly straying into commentary on international affairs. This is the second time in a week that he has decided to offer his controversial views on the Middle East conflict.
Its especially galling given his total failure to use his significant platform to display any solidarity with the Jewish community subjected to a deadly terrorist attack a few miles from the Etihad Stadium or the Barcelona community reeling from antisemitic violence close to where he once again engaged in remarks we believe to be provocative.
We implore Mr Guardiola to be more careful with his future language given the significant risk faced by our community.”

As a player, no matter what he’d just won at Manchester United, Michael Carrick kept telling himself, “Are you willing to keep pushing yourself? Yes. Have you got it in you to climb Everest and then set off to climb it all over again? Yes.” #MUFC 1/2 …

@pjcrerand @UtdBeforFergie Watched that game so many many times . Was first video I owned :)

Without a moments hesitation this is my favourite United team.
It would absolutely run away with the league today.

I think it's only proper, after the events of today, that we celebrate the fact that Remi Moses is alive and well by dedicating the next 24 hours to him. He's still clearly loved by Utd fans, let's not disappoint him #mufc

Today marks 31 years since Lee Sharpe’s glorious backheel equaliser against Barcelona.
One of the great Champions League goals of the 90s.

'Whiteside shoots. It's there. Norman Whiteside has done it again.'
I always used to commentate on this goal whilst trying to curl the ball into the tree goals.
