@ibnbattuta97 i did this since ramadan, i usually like to be asleep by 10 but latest 11. wake up about 7 ish. it fixed a lot of habits and i used to skip breakfast but i rarely do anymore

So I’ve been ill all week and you know I stayed at home all week. Ill as in runny nose or sore throat or coughing here and there. Tell me why when I go to Friday prayers thinking that I was absolutely fine…I have the worst coughing fit
