@GPEOConnor @Sandbagger_01 I based a presentation on that quote. Midway through putting it together I found out that the idea of unknown unknowns has been around much longer (johari window etc) and then I went from thinking Rumsfeld was an idiot to realising it was me.

📺 This week we're referring to the "unknown unknowns" in class. Derided at the time as nonsense, Rumsfeld's comment is correct on the timeless problem of intelligence:
