日本的熊本地震后，日本空自运送物资去灾区的视频流传到了网上。
他们不紧不慢的，拖沓的样子，让我这个中国人感到震惊。
为什么日自，可以在面对日本这个国家灾难的时候像一台台老旧而冷血的机械一样，看不到丝毫的共情？
我认为，至少对本国国民，应该像人民解放军一样。

台风“红霞”引发强降雨 广东河源、汕尾多地严重内涝
7月27日，受台风“红霞”影响，广东河源连平县遭遇极端强降雨，忠信镇、油溪街道等地出现严重内涝，部分村庄和学校被洪水淹没。
与此同时，汕尾市海丰县可塘镇也遭受暴雨侵袭。航拍画面显示，多地农田、房屋及道路被洪水淹没，灾情较为严重。

7月26日，广东惠州。受台风“红霞”影响，部分村镇遭受严重洪涝灾害。 网传视频显示，当地降雨引发洪水，村庄内汪洋一片，黄浊的积水倒灌，多栋民房一楼被淹，部分房屋及车辆被泡在水中，道路和农田损毁严重。 据当地居民在直播中透露，村内多处出现断电、断网情况，水势汹涌漫过一楼，部分村民和物资正面临被困风险。

中菲南海冲突之际，美国、日本与菲律宾举行五天联合演习
7月26日，据路透社报道，美国、日本和菲律宾于7月21日至25日在南海举行了为期五天的联合海上演习。
菲律宾军方表示，此次演习有军舰、海警船、侦察机和战斗机参加，旨在提高三国之间的协同作战能力。
