Rhoades loses a pretty big piece from his Penn State team.
VCU recruited Dilione pretty heavily and was a finalist for him out of high school (under Rhoades).

NEWS: Penn State’s Freddie Dilione V intends to enter the transfer portal, his agent Stan Jackson of SOJ2 Sports Management Group tells DraftExpress. 14.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.2 steals per game for the Nittany Lions this season. The 6’5” shot-creator and former top-50 recruit upped his production and efficiency across the board as a junior.
