@a_Mize_ing A second offense of what? Deleting text messages isn't illegal, especially if they weren't even deleted.
If I get pulled over for a DUI, deleting text messages 11 months later isn't a second DUI offense.

I don't know the full story, but *if* Sherrone Moore's deleted texts were truly innocuous, then it's absurd he should have to sit out two games in 2025 just for deleting them.
