Nice to know that there are still people looking for way's to make it possible for the younger generation to get into farming.
I still remember those junior farmer loans in the 1950's .

@albadonadam Doesn't look like the kind of sinkhole you find in the field or on a creek bottom.
Looks more like an old culbert rusting away on an abandont road.
Not that unusual on a rural gravel road.
I would fill it with stones before you drive into it.

So you should talk to your local conservation area rep before you start fixing it.

Anyone have experience with sink holes? This one has opened up on an old rail bed we haul on. Would be nice to fix it so we don’t have to worry about losing equipment in it.

Rolled into the campground last night at about 11:30, just to see someone let their dog out, it walks across the road and craps on the edge of a neighbour’s site and then they bring it back inside without picking it up, if I had a shovel I’d fling it back in their site

I took along my little Hunter Olivia to ride in the tractor and pick up some hay bales. She did a good job, made herself cozy and made up some stories about “mommy and daddy bales.” Pretty entertaining.
