@BlawkPanda It’s still better in Lagos and honestly the cost of living is high for this kind of state. That’s the point I’m trying to let people understand, my boss at my PPA is staying at a government housing estate, old house o, he can’t afford standard house

@a_faaiz10 Companies in Akure ? That civil servant state. Either you are working with banks or working at CBN, maybe a professor in FUTA also. I know cost of living is high there but when it comes to rent, there is better. Even Lagos sef, no be everybody get work talkmore of affording cost

While I was in Akure serving, myself and 2 other guys rented a 3 bed flat for 300k at Alagbaka extension. Bro, houses are cheaper in Akure. I still have some there that pays 50k yearly for a room at Southgate

One of my colleague is about to move his family to Akure...e say no be him go dey pay 3 million+ for landlord in Lagos.
