@Thagreatleo @drhossamsamy65 That’s the max number, could also be just 2, the real number is probably between 2 - 8

there are several explanations that aren’t mutually exclusive. Russia has a wealthy class that existed before the war and has largely been protected from its worst economic consequences. oil and gas revenue continued flowing through countries that didn’t join the sanctions regime. the ruble’s crash affected imports and purchasing power domestically but cash and cryptocurrency held outside Russia maintained international purchasing power for those who had it. countries like the UAE, Turkey, Serbia, and Armenia became transit and financial hubs for Russian wealth moving around sanctions. the tech class, businesspeople with international operations, people who got out early with assets, all continue to operate. the economic pain of the war has been distributed extremely unevenly and the five star hotel tourists are sitting near the top of a very unequal society that has not been economically flattened the way observers hoped.

The Agent Community has no token, no coin, and no meme coin.
We're a community of 21,000+ members building an ICANN application for the .agent TLD. Plenty of our members work on crypto and agents - that's great. We just don't do coins. A token association would directly hurt our Community Priority Evaluation - the scoring process that determines whether we win .agent for the community.
We haven't created, promoted, or made money from any token. Anything using our name is unauthorized.
Our advisors reviewed this. Full FAQ: #no-token" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">agentcommunity.org/faq#no-token

I started the Agent Community to win .agent at ICANN community route, that is already hard as is.
We don't have a coin.
We discussed this with our advisors.
Back to building.

@a_new_internet Making a claim is easy. Proving it with real data and sources is a different thing.
Right now, no one can really know how this plays out, it’s all assumptions.
I’d rather wait for the process to move forward and let the picture become clearer step by step.

@mattgould @360Domain Isn’t the whole point of UD to push domains and engage in as much abuse as possible?
English

@360Domain this prevents folks from pushing domains between accounts to abuse the promos.
tl;dr - if you use a promo then you have to pay it back if you move domains out of your account early.

@reubs_btc @Stacks @one_bns Better DNS Bridges, making them easier to use. Did the zone file standardization that is on the roadmap since last year already happen? There is ton of stuff for improvement, but not sure if anybody is taking care of it
English

@a_new_internet @Stacks @one_bns Anything in particular you want me to ask about? or things you'd want here?
English

@melvininho People have X and Insta handles because they want to use the underlying product. ETH users are stallling and so does .eth, nothing ENS can fix. Growth for ENS is outside of pure ETH ecosystems atm
English

@a_new_internet X namespace has millions of handels, same for insta fb tiktok or any game, it is a utility thing
English

@melvininho Crypto stalled and so does ENS, most people have 0 clue about internal DAO politics or so. They don’t care just as they don’t care about ICANN politics when buying a Web2 domain.
English

@a_new_internet Nah it was always separate from DNS the reason it stalled is ENS ppl not caring about improving, DAO politics/scamming and Ethereums arrogance in general
English

@melvininho You can improve .eth all you want, it without DNS you won’t reach more then .1% of internet users.
English

@a_new_internet But .eth is isolated from DNS just too bad ENS hasnt been able to get .eth
English

@melvininho You won’t get to more .eth regs if it is isolated from DNS. Crypto market is shrinking atm, and everybody else relies on DNS.
English

@HeadedNine I had almost forgotten about them. That's going to be rough.
