My sister’s X account @iyoushesingh (Ayushi) has been compromised by a scammer demanding $300 for retrieval. X Support responded and asked us to report suspicious 2FA activity via a link, but the link they provided is not working (shows “Page does not exist”). We still have access to the registered email/phone, but unauthorized activity is ongoing and we’re unable to disable the compromised 2FA. Requesting @Support and @nikitabier to assist us in removing the malicious 2FA authentication and help us regain full control of the account. Meanwhile I ask everyone not to engage with that account in any manner or form. @XCorpIndia
