Struggling to balance a good diet. The only bottleneck in my health journey. Still figuring out how to balance out timing of food, good proportion of carbs, protein, and fibers. Then if I managed to get carbs and protein, the heat strokes bushhhh in Hyderabad. Drop your fav high-protein salad recipes (veg only). I got a couple of limitations though: > Veg only > No mixer/grinder > No air fryer Or other recipes. My eating window is generally from morning 7 a.m. to evening 7 pm
