What a day. Thank you to everyone to made today possible, to everyone to kindly volunteered and to everyone who came and took part. You are all amazing and I am so unbelievably grateful for you all. We have successfully trained a lot more people in CPR and spread awareness 🥹💖

When performing CPR, you should alternate between giving 30 compressions and 2 rescue breaths. If you are unable or unwilling to provide rescue breaths, perform continuous chest compressions until medical professionals arrive.
