Problem selection is upstream of everything. You can be the most disciplined, most productive person in the world and still end up nowhere if you’re solving the wrong problems. It’s like being incredibly efficient at digging in the wrong spot.

our submission for @convex hackathon: jym.coach first time building with @convex, i was surprised how easy it was to build an app that is quite complex. convex made a lot of things easy: - nice AI abstraction on top of @aisdk - AI context management and RAG (long-term memory) - useful and seamless integration with @autumnpricing for billing - exercise database powered by @firecrawl - oauth, phone verification, telegram linking with @better_auth - all ai brains from @OpenAI

a few days ago, i complained how hard it is to reach my desired audience on tiktok (even with vpn) then @aamdmn dm'd me with a long, step-by-step guide now 98% of my viewers are from US/Canada i love this community so much ❤️ reply if you want to see what I did!

@lucas_chae use vpn. close tiktok, start mullvad, switch to the US or the country you want to target and your audience will switch. i’m from europe and had this problem also.
