May will be INTENSE! I'll turn 30 in one month and one day. But before that, I've got a ton to pack in. Call it my "last sprint" out of my 20s. → Wrapping up 2 major projects → Kicking off 5+ new ones → Today: an "AI Networking Run" (I haven't run in ages, so I'm probably going to die) → Next week: OMR Festival in Hamburg → Week after: hiking in Saxon Switzerland (116 km, 8 days) → Community get-together with 2hearts (a community I recently joined) → Two friends turning 30, so two birthday parties → Guest spot on a podcast → Starting MMA Then... 30.

We are moving!! For the last 3 years, I lived in a small German village. Boring but also no distractions. I was able to lock in and build FeatherFlow from 0 to something. Built a very talented team, a great business and made a lot of clients very happy. All from my small room in a German village. But now we are moving to a bigger city (Cologne). My rent will be way higher (from 250€ to 900€). So my monthly costs will rise. That scares me a little but I'm also looking forward to all the possibilities. I will network like crazy! Maybe even hire locally and open up a small office at some point here. A lot of my friends also live here. So I can't wait to hang out way more with them. A new era begins and I am sooo thankful for everything. 🫶🏾

Peter Steinberger is being interviewed on Austrian TV, and the questions are insanely stupid. Europe is so cooked... The comments are full of people saying, "I am so disappointed that he didn't go with a European company." WHY SHOULD HE??? All they see are risks.

4 months ago, I brought Aamir on at FeatherFlow as a Technical Project Manager. Best decision I made last year! @AamirBuilds took ownership of projects from start to finish. → Technical planning → Managing the devs and timelines → Handling client communication That alone took a massive amount of stress off my shoulders. It freed me up to focus on strategy, partnerships, and where FeatherFlow is going next instead of being deep in day to day project management (managing 5+ projects the same time before). Ownership matters a lot to me. Aamir does not just help out on projects. He fully owns them. This is how we want to build FeatherFlow. Designing and building real AI products that are well thought through and ready to scale. Grateful to be building with people like this. And we're just getting started. I visited Germany’s leading Product x Engineering x UX conference. It was great to speak with people from all over Germany about the topics I work on every day. But honestly… the AI talks were rough. Most of them were insanely superficial. Same lines we’ve all heard a thousand times: “You won’t be replaced by AI, but by people who use AI.” No real examples of how AI-centric products are actually being built today. And even the big companies still seem unsure about what’s actually changing. Still, loved representing @featherflowtech with @aamirbuilds. My biggest takeaway? Germany has a long way to go in AI and modern product development.
