Biden achieved it too but made no huge egotistic show of it as Trump is doing to impress his dwindling most gullible followers in the US. Let's get real. So far it's only a ceasefire. A normal president would wait until the full result is achieved before taking credit. The most difficult part of Trump's proposal is still not negotiated. There are huge disagreements on both sides to sort out, but most experts are sceptical not only about this negotiation but the long term result.
