I haven’t used Twitter in a while. It used to be the one social network I trusted, but it got bad. I miss having a place to get news and inspiration. It looks like b sky may be legit, so I’ll check it out, but I won’t be staying here. Thanks Twitter. You were great once.

@camfassett I grew up with a friend with a geodesic dome. It was cool to look at & cheap to build. In reality it was incredibly expensive & inefficient. Everything was custom to fit curved walls. Try finding triangular windows. They built a regular house next to it and used it as a shed.

how do we incentivize the construction of more geodesic domes in our society? also, has anyone ever seen any design concepts for a geodesic dome apartment building?

Why is everyone so surprised that @KamalaHarris could answer so many of the questions she was asked? She’s smart, experienced and prepared. They should be asking why Trump couldn’t.

The momentum around @KamalaHarris is amazing. I feel like the country breathed a sigh of relief that her campaign would be inspiring. Maybe I’m mistaken, but @JoshShapiroPA doesn’t feel like the breath of fresh air that @GovTimWalz, @SenMarkKelly or @PeteButtigieg would be.

@JamesSurowiecki In the emergency department by federal law we treat everyone with the same level of care regardless of their citizenship or ability to pay. Hospitals write it off, so taxpayers pay. The only difference is emergency care costs taxpayers around 10X more than preventative care.

This was the true "What are you doing, man?" moment of Harris' 2020 campaign. She was so busy trying to outflank ppl to the left in the primary (itself a hopeless task, given that Bernie was in the race) that she lost all touch with where American voters were.

I’ll never understand why someone like @elonmusk would waste time on @twitter instead of awesome ridiculous things. Energy, space, cars… great. But why not try bringing back dinosaurs, or solving immortality? Be awesomer. Wasting your life messing up Twitter is just petty.

Happy to have been a @firstrepublic customer for many years now, both in startup and personal banking. They have always impressed me with their level of service and integrity. I’m not going anywhere.

@SenWarren Do they include real estate and investments as purchases? A %of every stock trade would end up being quite a lot. Back that down to 2-3% of every transaction and maybe there’s something there… if anything it would severely reduce volatility.

Does this sound fair? MAGA Republicans have a "fair" tax plan to hit American families with a 30% national sales tax on everything from groceries and gas to rent and health care. It's not fair to impose taxes on working people, while giving massive tax breaks to the ultra-rich.
