The big problem with everything legal I’ve ever done is MS Word and redlines. Legal needs a github - markdown, diffable, mergeable, etc. I’m sure everything changes with AI, but if legal collaboration is still emailing fucking docx files around, I tell you thats not the answer.

Low-agency: “Can I do this?” High-agency: “I’m doing this unless someone stops me.” The high-agency person has realized that most permissions are granted retroactively. It’s easier to get forgiveness than permission because once something is already done, the default switches from “no” to “well, I guess it’s fine.”







THE APPLE APP STORE IS DROWNING IN AI SLOP people are treating the App Store like a Medium blog spitting out apps one after another. All with zero users and $0 revenue. Apple reviews that used to take hours are now stretching into WEEKS and even months > more than 550k apps were submitted just last year, highest in a decade.

Nearly every ambitious person I know who has dived into AI is working harder than ever, and longer hours than ever. Fascinating dynamic tbh. I have NEVER worked this hard, nor had this much fun with work.
