@aaroncolfer Hi Aaron, if you are receiving this error we advise to clear the cache/ cookies and browser history. Then refresh the page and try to complete your order again. Also make sure you are using the internet browser Google Chrome.

@PassportIRL Whats the point in having a passport tracker that doesnt remotely reflect the current processing times or pointing people to the webchat team who if you're lucky to get through to, can only tell you that its being processed but cant give an indication of when it might be done?
