I want a home office. I have a 4 bedroom house with 2 kids at college (one graduating in May) It feels absolutely crazy to build a backyard office for $10k at this point… right? Also… wife is “not ready” to convert a “kids bedroom” yet 😬

@jkostecki_rei Agree it’s inevitable but so much has to happen. Complete online transactions with remote online notary will help. Market dynamics and physical assets of various ages and conditions are a harder play. Different companies working on interesting AI and sensor tech.

Of all the homes I’ve ever purchased or built - hoarder homes are my absolute favorite purchase. The transformation is a dopamine hit right into my veins. There have been many times I’ve done just the clean up for a fee because I love it. Don’t judge me 😂😬
