8 months now and no one has had the courtesy of providing me with a single repose. What more do I need to do to claim a refund guaranteed to me from the Osaka office. This is completely disgusting. @airchina @AirChinaNA @airchina

7 months on and no one in the company has had the decency to contact me. All that’s been done is being directed to an office in Osaka and not receiving a single response. @AirChinaNA @airchina Disgusting.

@AirChinaNA Months after a promised reimbursement & all I have received is automated responses and being redirected to several departments. Why haven’t I received my refund yet?!

@AirChinaNA have been a disgrace. They lose my luggage and are now refusing to refund me my expenses after assuring me I would be fully reimbursed. Three weeks on and many phone calls later, I’m yet to receive any acknowledgement at all from anyone at @AirChinaNA. Disgusting.
