@UFirstCU I've been a member for 20+ years. You may have a new brand, but you've completely lost your identity. Rebranding literally as "Generic No-Name Credit Union" would have had the same effect and been more creative.

My garage window this morning. We're up to a balmy -1 F, but will drop back down to -14 tonight.

@PeterCorless @triecker @densaer @HeatherRCotter Oh, totally agreed. FEMA's culture has made a radical shift in the last 10 years. It's the county/state level that remains a patchwork. Untested and/or resourced OEMs tend to be far less collaborative than battle-tested and/or under resourced OEMs.

All bow to us emergency gods!" to more of a supportive "We'll provide a tent, vouchers, insurance forms, food & wifi. What else do you want/need?" Especially Post-Sandy.

I agree those trying to force them into a C2 structure don't know how incident or community engagement *should* work.
