@RebelAndSpeakUp @UFirstCU I'm still hoping it's some sort of belated April Fool's joke.

@UFirstCU Canyon View Credit Union? Really. After 33 years with you because you were affiliated with the UofU and had it in your name? We want nothing to do with "Canyon View." It sounds like just another credit union in the mix. Absolutely nothing original about it. 1/2

@UFirstCU I've been a member for 20+ years. You may have a new brand, but you've completely lost your identity. Rebranding literally as "Generic No-Name Credit Union" would have had the same effect and been more creative.

@Uber I am not a customer, but one of your customers stole my credit card and used it for Uber rides. How can I contact you as a non-customer to dispute the charges? All of your documentation says to open the app, but I'm not a customer.

@GreenDotBank your system will not recognize the card you sent me. I cannot activate it, nor create an account, nor log in to chat, nor call you so that I can find out why you rejected a wire as "over daily limits," when your online documentation says otherwise. #frustrated

@UCHealthMedia your Financial Agreement violates the Colorado Surprise Billing law, unless you mean these clauses to only apply to @MedicareGov recipients, which creates its own problems. @McCormickForCO

@PeterCorless @triecker @densaer @HeatherRCotter Oh, totally agreed. FEMA's culture has made a radical shift in the last 10 years. It's the county/state level that remains a patchwork. Untested and/or resourced OEMs tend to be far less collaborative than battle-tested and/or under resourced OEMs.
English

@aarontitus @triecker @densaer @HeatherRCotter I'd say FEMA has moved dramatically from its former role [pre-Katrina] of "We are here. All bow to us emergency gods!" to more of a supportive "We'll provide a tent, vouchers, insurance forms, food & wifi. What else do you want/need?" Especially Post-Sandy.
English

@triecker @PeterCorless @densaer @HeatherRCotter Cooperating orgs are *never* a part of a hierarchy. I agree those trying to force them into a C2 structure don't know how incident or community engagement *should* work. Despite your experience, the substantial majority of EMs fall into that category. n= 1000+ EMs, 200+ disasters
