@BradySneath @pmarca This is false and easily disproved. The schizophrenia rate in the US and Canada has been unchanged despite soaring adoption. And its not men who is driving cannabis usage but women over the age of 35 and senior citizens.
English

Nope. Huge rate of men dropping out of society, losing motivation, lacking social skills, has been fueled by weed. Both are bad. Schizophrenia from weed. Debilitating alcoholism is deadly. Moderate social drinking or moderate weed use may be least bad of all, but in those with addictive attributes or lacking self discipline, it isn’t feasible.

It is now easy to understand how Prohibition happened. It is important to realize that the Prohibitionists were not incorrect in many of their arguments. Carry Nation had a real point. And yet. amazon.com/Last-Call-Rise…

I remain an unapologetic libertarian on marijuana legalization and prediction markets. People make mistakes and should be allowed to. We wouldn't have made it out of prohibition with some of the attitudes I see today.

@SChea316905 No, I'm not, & I don't care about a reverse split. What they are doing is turning debt laden assets & exchanging equity for that debt, relieving the pressure on those assets and then working on improving operations by investing in those operations from a strong balance sheet.
English

@aaronvalue Are you worried about their share count? It’s at 1.6 billion shares right now. I think they’re going to end up doing a reverse split.

$VREOF has the 2nd best GM% and EBITDA% by any MSO and is now the #4 largest by revenue. Vireo is also the largest cannabis company by revenue in Colorado, Utah and Nevada. Minnesota is likely next to the list. CEO says there are "too many" acquisition opportunities.

LEEF Brands has successfully closed the final round of our oversubscribed financing, bringing total gross proceeds raised to approximately US$9.3 million.
The financing was led by Mindset Capital and included participation from existing shareholders and new strategic investors.
Proceeds will primarily support the expansion of Salisbury Canyon Ranch, where we are building one of the largest licensed cannabis farms in the country and further strengthening our low-cost, vertically integrated platform.
Thank you to all of our investors for your continued support and confidence in LEEF's long-term vision.

The football huddle was invented by deaf players trying to hide their sign language from opponents.
A constraint forced an innovation that became universal.
This pattern keeps appearing: closed captions, text messages, the telephone—all designed for people with constraints, now used by everyone.
When you design for the most constrained user, you create something everyone benefits from.

This is such slopulist political theory I can’t believe this guy is going to the Senate. The exact type of analysis you’d expect from someone who didn’t know what a Totenkopf is.

How did America go from Obama to Trump? Maine Senate candidate @grahamformaine tells @davidsirota it wasn’t some great mystery: Democrats bailed out banks, abandoned working people, and let corporate power keep running the party.
