@East_Riding Good news imperative for business to get devolution.

The proposed devolution deal for Hull and East Yorkshire has taken another step forward today. This morning, our Cabinet recommended the deal should go forward to public consultation in the new year. It will now be put to a vote at a special full council meeting on 21 Dec.

@wild_julian @dickyjohnson77 @horrocksn So sad for you Julian. We had this sad experience on a racecourse with one of ours but you can think back on a long life but very sad to loose a long friend.

Very sadly we today lost our lovely old retired racehorse Lagan who just lay down & died in his field at the grand old age of 30. He won 3 races in the 1990s & was ridden by @dickyjohnson77 @horrocksn & Richard Dunwoody. He never gave us a moment’s trouble & so much pleasure😥🏇

Manchester Airport - security jam - allow extra time to go through security - fast track about 1 hour - standard 2/4 hours to get through. Many missing flights. Be good to the staff ! they are not the management they are only doing a hard days work.

How many people have been in tears over the PM’s parties having lost many close family members (mine included) ? and having to send a substitute to answer to parliament on his behalf. A good leader should surely be able to stand up to his responsibilities !
