2 more years of big plays (and even bigger brainrot)

What a crazy 18 months it has been since Kaajak has joined. An EMEA trophy, 5 grand finals including our best ever Champions result, and a entire trophy case full of individual honors. Kaajak is what FNATIC Valorant is all about, silliness, joy, doesn't take himself too seriously, but is an absoulte demon on the server. Really happy we have been able to extend him until the end of 2028. He has established himself as one of the pillars of the team and it was a key focus of mine to make sure we got this deal done before the off-season began. Excited to see what we can continue to do together especially since he still has so much more room to grow!

Actually hard agree with what was said on Platchat about missing the daily teases. It’s a small aspect of the show but I love how it threaded the narrative of the event together. I’m sure budget and man power was a factor but I think for all Masters we should have them.

Been working on a statistical model to more objectively rate players. Here are the top 20 from the #VCT era (2023-now). ARIA Rating adjusts for role and teammate performance to isolate raw individual performance in the server. Still some issues and biases to fix. Thoughts?
