I was at Route 91. I watched as Jason was pulled from the stage and my husband then pushed me down to the ground and laid on top of me. I watched the green fire seconds before the music stopped. We were standing right behind a young woman who was shot and killed right before our eyes. We laid for many minutes before my husband yelled into my ear, we gotta go, we will be dead otherwise. We jumped up and ran with our backs exposed, shaking that a bullet would mow us down. There was only one way out and that was up and over a chain link fence, 12 feet in the air. Jason’s security did EXACTLY what they were paid to do. He was no coward.
