“Why do I need to know what demographic im targeting in my ads” It COMPLETELY changes your ad style, priorities, and structure 👀👇🏻 Below are two examples for the same brand (both have 2x+ ROAS already), except one was for Gen Z and one was for GEN X and above… The KEY differences between them (& why) — GEN Z: • faster pace to keep attention • more focused on social values and acceptance • heavy on the cosmetic before and afters • leaning more on the payoff and less on the how • fast results with little effort • a new solution to a problem they may not be aware of GEN X: • slower pace with more context on screen • more proof behind the product and how it works • science back visuals and results to build trust • emotion based • more focused on the ease of use and positive effects than social acceptance • highlighted as an alternative compared to what they already use 👩🏼‍💻 To make it simple, One demographic is more focused on fast results geared towards feeling and looking their best.
